John of God - Casa de Dom Inacio
The Casa Dom Inacio is located in Abadiania (a town not listed on most maps!), 1.5hrs from Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. It is a spiritual hospital operating three days a week for over 30 years.
It attracts people from all over Brazil and the world. Participants of all denominations are drawn with physical, emotional and spiritual ailments.
Joao Texiera de Faria (often known as John of God or Joao de Deus in Portuguese) is an unconscious trance medium who was guided by St Ignatius de Loyola to open the spiritual centre and run it free of charge.
Joao has been performing miraculous healings for over 50 years. Over 35 spirits/entities incorporate through Joao including St Francis of Assisi, St Francis Xavier, King Solomon and many spirits who were doctors in previous lives such as Dr Augusto Almeida play a prominent role in the weekly sessions and healings. Everyone has an individual experience, usually on multiple levels. The Entities work constantly around the Casa site and more and more people are travelling for spiritual quests as much as physical ailments.
We all arrive at the Casa with prayers in our hearts for ourselves and for our fellow human beings. Hundreds and sometimes thousands of people attend the Casa each day.
HOW THE CASA IS RUN
Two sessions are held every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 8:00am and 2:00pm.
The Main Hall is where everyone congregates prior to each session.
You may find differences both culturally and religiously (with your own beliefs) at the Casa. Everyone is welcome at the Casa de Dom Inacio. We must remember that we are the guests at the Casa and in fact to Brazil. If it is healing and spiritual expansion you are seeking, then that is what you will find no matter what belief system you are from.
CURRENT/MEDITATION ROOMS
Three current rooms are opened at the beginning of each session. You can choose to sit in the first current room or receive permission or instruction from the Entity to sit in the second or third rooms. The third room is usually reserved for the Casa Mediums. In this room you are helping to hold the energy or current for the Entities work through Joao and you are being worked on yourself. Much healing occurs in this room. It is advised to spend as much time in the current rooms as possible during your trip.
OPERATION LINE / SURGERY
Many people who attend the Casa de Dom Inacio are told by the Entities to have an operation. Mostly these are in the form of invisible surgeries; where at the beginning of each session the operation line is called and you are asked to sit in the last current room (operation/cleansing room) with your eyes closed and receive an energy transmission from the Entities. You are asked to place your right hand on the part of you physical body that requires treatment or place your right hand on your heart if you have multiple treatments required or you are seeking an emotional treatment.
1st TIME LINE
On arriving at the Casa, it is recommended that for your first session you collect a ‘first time line’ card and wait for the queue to be called to go in front of the Entity. At this time may simply pass the entity (for a silent assessment) or you can ask for a specific healing or question.
You must remember that the Entities can see everything!
2nd TIME LINE
This line is for those who have already been in front of the Entities on a previous occasion at anytime in the past. You must collect a 2nd time line ticket and you may wish to have a question translated.
HERBS
Specifically charged herbs are often prescribed by the Entities. Derived from passioflora, the herbs are potenised for individuals. When taking the herbs a strong connection of intent is made between the Entities and the individual. The herbs are only available in Brazil.
Dietary restrictions apply whilst taking the herbs (no pork, alcohol, chilli, pepper or spicy foods).
BLESSED SOUP
Made with love by some special women who work tirelessly on the Casa grounds, it is energetically charged to fortify everyone and add to their healing process. Served on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the Casa Dom Inacio free of charge.
Those who wish to help are welcome to peel and prepare vegetables on Tuesdays and wash and dry bowls during the week.
CRYSTAL BEDS
A healing modality originating and often prescribed at the Casa Dom Inacio. They are increasingly being set up around the world.
The Crystal Beds are also a great way to commence a connection prior to a journey to Brazil and keep a connection on returning home.
