Kite Flying Day 29.3.09

By Casa | April 26, 2009

A beautiful current started the joyous energy for the day.  A great day where many people who are unable to attend Wednesday’s could come and join in a meditation.
The power of balance and harmony through prayer (no matter what your belief system) can allow each of us to access an abundance of faith and love for ourselves.
The significance of the prayer triangle - representing faith, love and courage and the actioning of our intentions was taken to ‘another dimension’ as prayers were scribbled onto crepe strips and attached to the kite tails…..then we released the kid in each of us as we persisted and persisted again (accompanied by much laughter) to get the kites off the ground!!!  Up, up and away they flew….
It was a fantastic family day.

1st Anniversary - Photos

By Casa | November 14, 2008

Sunday 18th January 2009

We had a family day where everyone lapped up the wonderful energy and united by showing gratitude for the faith and love that the Entities have in us and our journeys….

We have had so much support in so many different ways throughout the first year; people donating time/energy to wash/dry, clean, run current sessions, design logos, bring flowers, make flags, cover chairs, write newsletters, maintain websites, bring bread, chop vegies for soup, frame pictures, donate books for library, inspirational poems, gift table for mother crystal, paintings and more. Huge thank you goes to everyone who has been guided to the Australian Casa; because by sitting in current you are helping others - and yourself.

In this non-denominational centre it is so wonderful to see people sharing and uniting the energy of love and light in its simple pure form. The Entities gifted us all a present with the arrival of the mother crystal just 3 days prior to this day. Allowing only one day to clear customs and a lot of brains and muscles to manoervre the almost 1/2 tonne rose quartz into it home in the current room.

Family and friends helped unpack the crystal…

I now understand more than ever why the centre has been given the name of Casa de Fe e Amor - House of Faith and Love. It all starts with understanding faith and love for ourselves and others.

Eagle Spirituality

By Casa | April 3, 2008

“May you have the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom of the universe to carry you there.”

Eagle Flying

The Australian Casa is situated on a property that was purchased with the name ‘EAGLES NEST’.

In the past month it has become clearer as to the symbolic importance of the name.

Given that ‘Eagles Nest’ has been specifically set up by spirit as a non-denominational spiritual centre, it is interesting to research that the Eagle represents connection with spirituality and god in so many different cultures and religions - going back many centuries.

The Eagles represents spiritual protection, carries prayers, and brings strength, courage, wisdom, illumination of spirit, healing, creation and knowledge.

The Eagle has the ability to see hidden spiritual truths. To see the overall pattern and the connection to spirit guides and teachers.

The Eagle represents great power and balance.

Scriptures write: The Eagle is symbol of the holy spirity, which flies, as it were, through the mind (air) from the higher nature (heaven) to the lower nature (earth) and soars aloft to the self (sun).

In Ancient Egypt it is the symbol of the noon sun, which signified the Great Spirit.

Native cultures accept the Eagle as the carrier of prayers to the creator.

Native Indians use it as a symbol of honour, bravery, love, friendship and mystical powers.

It is the messenger of God. We communicate with the creator by listening to the spiritual voice of the Eagle. Through the Eagle, the knowledge of the Creator is channelled to the people.

“On Eagles Wings” by D.A. Claudio

An Eagle flew into my dreams last night… On mighty wings we two took flight.

Soaring free up in the sky, we touched the clouds… This friend and I.

Higher and Higher we did soar… Freedom and peace was mine once more.

He showed me visions of what could be…. The choice he said, was up to me.

We flew once more around the sun… A bright new journey now begun.

An Eagle flew into my dreams last night…. On his wings I saw Spirits Light.

THE OFFICIAL OPENING

By Casa | January 27, 2008

With the blessing of the Entities and Medium Joao, over 100 people attended the opening of The Australian Casa at ‘Eagles Nest’ property on Sunday 20th January 2008.

A few weeks prior a traditional Aboriginal cleansing of the land was performed by a Bundjalung Elder from Northern NSW. Kaye Cook contacted her spirit ancestors asking permission for the usage of the land and its’ cleansing. The tribes from this area are also amongst the few who use crystals for healing. They are also the rainmakers…

The cleansing was completed with constant down pours every day for the next three weeks leading up to the opening. Then the sun broke the sky for the entire day! Prior to meeting us or our land, and only two months ago, Kaye had done a traditional painting with the title, ‘Eagles Nest’ - even she found this special.

Just as Kelly and Kristin Dale are not the original owners of the land- they both feel strongly about sharing the magnificent property with others. They have had visions of a spiritual centre on a property for years, but to have one associated with the Casa de Dom Inacio in Brazil is very special.

A wonderful example of what the Casa is to represent - ‘a place of learning and healing for all people’ - many many people have helped to set it up and get it off and running. The generosity of time and energy shows it is a working community centre.

A beautiful current session was held and food prepared with love served to everyone. The Entities energy was certainly present and felt as was the respect and gratitude towards them, the Casa de Dom Inacio in Brazil (including all its volunteers) and Medium Joao.

Current sessions kicked off on Wednesday 23rd - again with the support of many.

All are welcome to attend Wednesday sessions - held every week. 10-12 & 1-3 (soup served for lunch).

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone ‘everywhere’ for their support.
